Nana and Poppy's visit to our house in December was officially to help celebrate Kels' birthday, but we snuck in a lot of other fun times as well. The best part was that they got to see the kiddos at home in their own environment, which is where the kids are the most fun.
While they were here, we hit up the zoo, the arboretum, a festival at E's school, walked the neighborhood streets for Lights in the Heights, checked out a local brewery for an afternoon and, of course, spent some time on the beach!
In between all the activities, we had fun downtime at home.
And since Nana and Poppy were around, we also got to spend time with Uncle Brian and Aunt Kora. Kels is a pretty big Uncle Brian fan, so she was happy.
