Christmas week in Steamboat was a blast this year, with lots of snow and lots of good memories made. It was fun to spend the holiday with Gigi, Grandpa, Grandpa John and Uncle Curtis, with a visit from Uncle Vic and Granda Dolly too!
We spent a lot of time playing games and hanging out together,
a lot of time enjoying the snow (lots more on that later)
and a lot of time getting excited for Christmas!
On Christmas Eve, we ate a fantastic Christmas dinner,
then the kids got in their Christmas jammies,
we prepared a delicious snack for the big guy in red (we were pretty sure he would love the first piece of Gigi's cherry pie better than a silly ol' cookie!),
snuck in a little family snuggle time and went to bed, anxious for the morning.
And when Christmas morning finally did come, the kids were so excited.
Possibly more excited for the candy and gum than for the presents!
But when they did put the candy aside and open the presents,
they were pretty happy!
E got his remote control truck.
Kels got her froggies.
And Cole got new ninis. Everyone must have been good this year!
A little more of the family time:

This Christmas was extra special as it was this little guy's first. Merry Christmas sweet boy!
