A little while ago I realized that I haven't posted many pictures of Ethan and Kelsey interacting together...so here you go, a little Bebe and Bobbie togetherness:
These two little guys spend a lot of time together and are building a sweet sibling bond.
The more coordinated Bebe gets, the more fun she is to E. For now, they mostly just play near each other, but once Bebe is a little older they will have a great time together.
We went through a phase where he would get mad if she touched his stuff, pushing her away, but he has learned to be patient and calm with her.
Because all she wants is to be where he is and do what he does.
It makes her smile and laugh to have him play with her.
Or I can just tell him that Bebe needs a laugh and he will get down at her level and start making faces at her. Works every time.
It makes me laugh that he loves playing with the baby toys, whiles she's off playing with his toddler toys.
And it makes me smile when he gives her his cookie or shares his bubbles, voluntarily giving her something that he loves.
Such a good big brother to such a sweet little sister.

Kelsey is a tough word for Ethan to say, so he calls his sister 'Baby' instead. When he first started saying it, it came out as Bebe, which stuck. 'Baby' seems a little impersonal so I encouraged Bebe instead... :)
We've called Ethan Bobbie since he was Kelsey's age and would babble 'babababa' all day long. Aaron started calling him Bobbie, since thats what he said for weeks, and it stuck.
