After a week with Gigi & Grandpa, we headed to the other side of the mountains to spend sometime with Nana and Poppy, with the added bonus of Uncle Greg, Aunt Michelle, Uncle Brian & Aunt Kora,
...and all six of our dogs!
Even though Christmas was officially the week before, we celebrated it again in Monument.
We baked Christmas cookies,
read Christmas stories,
and opened more Christmas presents!
We were in luck and the front range had a lot of snow this Christmas, so the kids had a great time outside.
And we found the fantastic Toboggan Hill that was steep and fast and fun. Both E & Kels did great speeding down it on their own.
And then for the last evening of the year, we had a little party at home together with the family!

We had a great night of getting to play and catch up with Anni and Kate and crew.
They made our holiday complete!
