Summer is Best in Colorado

The mountains are one of our favorite places to be in the summer.

So at the end of August, we took a trip up to Colorado to visit family and soak up some mountain air.   

We had a fantastic week of playing with Nana,

Poppy,

Uncle Greg,

Aunt Michelle,

and Grandma Dolly. 

We spent a few days playing in the mountain rivers,

fishing with a rod with Daddy 

or fishing with a bucket with Nana.  (the bucket caught more!)

We ran a bit,

hiked a bit,

played a bit,

and stuck our heads in the water to cool off. 

When we weren't in the mountains, we hung out with giraffes,

herded geese,

climbed around,

played sports,

and more sports,

and just hung out.
